Delete your Morfit account

You can do it right here. Sign in, confirm, and the account and its data are gone — no email, no waiting on us.

What gets deleted

  • Your account, email address, name and login credentials
  • Your profile — height, weight, target weight, activity level, goals and dietary preferences
  • Every meal you logged, and all meal photographs you uploaded
  • Your weight history and fasting records
  • Achievements, streaks and progress data
  • Your push notification token and notification settings

What is kept, and why

Payment and transaction recordsAs required by law
Tax and accounting obligations in Nigeria
De-identified food recognition correctionsIndefinitely
Already stripped of any link to you; used to improve accuracy for everyone
Encrypted backupsUp to 90 days
Backups expire on a rolling schedule and are then overwritten

How long it takes

  1. ImmediatelyYour account is deactivated and you are signed out
  2. Within 30 daysData is removed from our live systems
  3. Within 90 daysData ages out of encrypted backups

Capitals matter. This is the last step before the account is destroyed.

This cannot be undone. Your meal history cannot be recovered.

In the app

Profile → Settings → Delete account. Same result, and it takes effect immediately.

By email

If you signed up with Google you will not have a password. Email privacy@morfit.fit from your registered address with the subject “Delete my account”. We may ask a question to confirm it is you, and we complete verified requests within 30 days.

Want your data first?

Email privacy@morfit.fit before you delete and we will send a portable copy within 30 days. Deletion is permanent — we cannot restore it afterwards.

If you have an active subscription, cancel it first or contact support. Deleting your account does not automatically issue a refund.
